Welcome to South East Charters

We provide a fishing or sightseeing experience in the South East region of Tasmania. We operate a 26 foot custom built aluminium boat which is in full AMSA (Australian Maritime Safety Authority) Survey for 5 passengers.

Species endemic to the South East region of Tasmania are tiger flathead, striped trumpeter, tuna, ocean perch, jackass morwong, Sand Flathead, cod, leatherjacket, wrasse, barracouta, gurnard, gummy shark, calamari, yellowtail kingfish and snapper.

We supply all quality Penn, Fin-Nor and all tackle is supplied (you are welcome to bring your own gear if you wish).

Your catch, if you choose to retain it, will be cleaned and packed ready for you to take home and cook.
